When it Starts to Rain

In the market in the square
Sweet fragrance in the air
This man here he sells flowers
His smile costs just three dollars
What they didn't tell you
Not that they didn't tell you
It's that you wouldn't hear
It's that you would not hear
When it starts to rain
And water breaks it’s bounds
When it starts to rain
Just put those old oars down
And keep on moving
The river’s flowing
No matter how hard you strain
Might as well let it win
But keep on dancing
Let the music in
Those who scream are gonna drown
While we get dressed and paint the town
The seamstress lost her son
It shows in all her gowns
Her tears are in the colors
Her love on all the collars
What they didn't tell you
Not that they didn't tell you
It's that you wouldn't hear
It's that you would not hear
When it starts to rain
And water breaks it’s bounds
When it starts to rain
Just put those old oars down
And keep on moving
The river’s flowing
No matter how hard you strain
Might as well let it win
But keep on dancing
Let the music in
Those who scream are gonna drown
While we get dressed and paint the town
Onward now
Just let em go
And feel the rush of the rush of the flow
It's okay, to let go
It’s okay to let go
Stop your fight and just know
That it’s okay
To let go
